The 3 international conference on advanced neonatal care was conducted by the ministry of health OMAN . Dr Rajiv was invited due to his pioneering work on Viagra in pulmonary hypertension PPHN of the newborn.He was asked to coduct the workshop on high frequency oscillation HFO which he introduced to india in 1997 . His lectures on HFO and PPHN were well received by the 300 delegates who participated by virtue of its research and practical content . The first comprehensive book on CPAP in the world was released by the minister of healths chief advisor, in the GCC countries, on December 6 2013 ,marking a historical event for the book and co inciding with the third state of the art conference of the ministry of health , KHOULA HOSPITAL This book received very good reviews by the distinguished faculy dr ola saugstad, dr joseph neu ,chairman of IPOKRATES, dr neil marlow, dr vineet bhandari, dr Julian eason . The ministers advisor remarked that this could be considered to be a training manual in the government institutions
